How to Charge USB Devices using Boost X

NOCO Boost X Jump Starters can charge a multitude of USB devices, such as phones. Boost X has both USB and USB-C power ports. The USB-C port can provide up to 60-watts of power, which is equivalent to many common laptop chargers. 

1. Locate the USB OUT port on the end of Boost
2. Open the protective cap from the port
3. Plug in the USB device charging cable into the USB port
4. Power on Boost and the USB device will now be receiving power

When charging USB devices, it is important to power on Boost X first and then plug in the USB device being charged.

NOTE: If Boost X is not powered on first, it will drain power from the USB device, if it is DRP compatible. To charge Boost X with a DRP compatible device (meaning it can charge other devices or be charged from the same USB port, e.g phone, laptop, power bank) ensure Boost X is powered OFF before making a cable connection between Boost X and the DRP device.
